As an 85 year old male I was a walk in patient the morning after falling on a sidewalk in downtown Chicago. There was considerable bleeding from my facial wounds and I was feeling a vague fullness/weakness in my head. Dr.Barrett and staff were extremely prompt, courteous and caring during my examination which included xrays for possible fractures. We were tourists with travel reservations and Dr. Barrett very patiently spent the time necessary to arrange for a CAT Scan at a local hospital that day. We couldn't be more pleased and appreciative of Dr. Barrett's professionalism and caring treatment.

I was actually really, really pleased with Dr. Lengyel. I don't usually review people like this, but I felt compelled because she was that good. I came in with what I assumed was heart burn or something with my esophagus, but I just really needed to make sure it wasn't... a heart attack. It wasn't, and Dr. Lengyel was not extremely thorough about making sure it wasn't a heart attack and figuring out what was really going on. She listened, she honestly cared, and was quite knowledgeable.

She has impeccable bedside manners, makes you feel like you're the only one she's concerned about when she's with you, and I can't recommend her enough. The staff in the office are amazing as well. If you grew up in a small town or a bit older, you'll appreciate the way she gets to know you and remembers you.

The wait time at the urgent care clinic was long especially given that I had an appointment, but Dr. Lengyel was great. I came in looking for a specific medication that I've been prescribed before, and she had me in and out in max 10 minutes (once I was brought into the room). I had a good experience with Jocelin. A thought for the person taking blood samples. You may want a dedicated room set up to make this easy on everyone. She had trouble reaching into the basket for the vials etc. As she reached, she accidentally kept moving the needle to the right, in my arm.
